I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and provided a lovely view from the balcony. However, I was disappointed to find clipped toenails on the floor, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The location was wonderful for exploring Vila Viçosa, but there were a few drawbacks to be aware of.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a pleasant view of the courtyard. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful in all aspects. The location was excellent, just steps away from the Castle and Ducal Palace. The dining experience was good, but it lacked variety. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
